Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.09.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 10.09.2018 whereby the petitioner has been posted from Bijapur to Jagdalpur. Challenge is on the ground that the petitioner has been subjected to frequent transfer in the recent past. The earlier transfer was on 30.08.2017 and 25.10.2017. Both the orders of transfer have been honoured by the petitioner.

Given the facts, let the petitioner make a detail representation to the respondent within a period of 10 days from today and the authority concerned in turn shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified

copy of this order. Meanwhile, the impugned order shall not be given effect to so far as the petitioner is concerned. In case the petitioner fails to make a representation within a period of 10 days from today, the order passed by this Court shall lose its efficacy.
