1. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owned a land situated at Gudhiyari bearing Khasra No.869/2 admeasuring 0.024 hectare and out of that 0.014 Hectare land has been used by the State for construction of the road and presently 0.010 hectare land remains with the petitioner. He would further submit that in the earlier round of litigation, the petitioner had preferred a writ petition bearing WPC No.94/2018, wherein it was directed to decide the case of the petitioner. Subsequently, the petitioner was paid a part

of the compensation of 64 meters, whereas in respect of the land of 76 meters which is still used for construction of the road, the compensation is required to be paid. He would further submit that the petitioner has made an application to the Collector, Raipur on 25.07.2019 and the Collector may be directed to decide the same.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without any observation on the merits as the petitioner claims that more land though was acquired but less compensation has been paid for the area which comprised in the road, the the Collector Raipur is directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of this order.
