Hon'ble Justice Shri Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 03/03/2021 1) The applicant has preferred these applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in custody since 12/08/2020 in connection with Crime No. 347/2020, Crime No. 204/2020, Crime No. 317/2020 and Crime No. 514/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Baloda-Bazar, District Baloda-Bazar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions seeks to withdraw these applications. However, he submits that the applicant is in jail since 12/08/2020, charge sheet has already been filed and therefore, the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.

3) Accordingly, all these applications are disposed of as withdrawn. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of 4 months from today, the applicant shall be at liberty to repeat his prayer for bail.
