Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant, learned Government Advocate for the State and learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

The principles and the ratios based on which the learned Single Judge has refused to interfere with the election process once it had begun coupled with the fact that there is internal statutory remedy available, were good grounds not to allow the writ application.

The impugned order does not suffer from any infirmity, therefore, appeal is dismissed.
