Learned counsel for the applicant do not want to press this anticipatory bail application at this point of time. He submits that the applicant is already protected by an order dated 6/10/2016 passed in Cr.M.P. No.851 of 2016, therefore he want to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to revive the same, if occasion so arises.

Prayer is allowed.
