1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 13/08/2019 sent by the Civil Judge Class I, Saraypali, Mahasamund for extension of time for final disposal of Misc. Civil No. 10/2019.

2. This Court vide order dated 28/03/2019 had granted time of three months to learned Court below to dispose of the Misc. Civil No. 10/2019, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further time of two months is granted to dispose of the said case by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this M.C.C. stands disposed of.
