1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that the Rent Control Tribunal has started functioning, therefore, present petition has become infructuous.

2. Hence, on the basis of this submission, the present petition cannot be entertained further. It was entertained at the stage, when the Rent Control Tribunal was lying vacant, hence, this petition is disposed off.

3. The stay order of this Court in favour of petitioner shall continue for further four weeks. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall have liberty to move application before the concerned Tribunal seeking relief.
