1. Heard on petition.

2. This petition has been brought for the reason of in-action of the respondent authorities. It is submitted that the petitioner is the land owner. The land belonging to the petitioner was acquired for widening of the road by respondent No.4. The compensation for the lands acquired

-2has been paid by the State Government, which is to the tune of Rs.4,92,00,000/- to be disbursed to the persons, who are affected by the land acquisition process. The respondent No.3 has determined compensation in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 23.06.2021. The petitioner has not received any compensation till date. The petitioner has made representations for the payment of compensation to the respondent authorities but the petitioner's representations are unheard and undecided. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3. Learned State counsel representing respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 4 submits that the prayer made by the petitioner is subject to verification, however, the petition may be disposed off with direction.

4. After considering on the submissions and perusing the documents present on record of the petition, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

5. Respondent authorities are directed to consider on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest and take decision on the same preferably within a period of 60 days from today.
