1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 22.08.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Figuram to Kendudhar.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner himself has applied for transfer to the respondents, but ignoring the said application and which is still pending, the respondents have now passed the impugned order transferring him to a different place on administrative ground.

3. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner, he fairly submits that the petitioner has been working at the present place for more than five years as of now.

4. Given the aforesaid facts, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out for interference with the impugned order. However, since the application of the petitioner is still pending consideration, the respondent No.1 is directed consider the request of the petitioner for transfer and the same be decided at the earliest within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
