Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the complainant and the applicant are going to compromise the matter, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to repeat the same after the compromise is arrived at between the parties.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
