Instant petition has been filed for alleged contempt of order dated 15/07/2020 passed in WPS No.2230/2020 which reads as under:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred within the same district Sarangarh from one office to other, however, he being physically handicapped to the extent of 75%, he was discharging his job in the office in the earlier place of posting but now with the change of office due to transfer he is to discharge the work in the field which is very troublesome for him because he is physically handicapped. Learned counsel for the respondents prays time to file reply and submits that as appears that the petitioner as of now is discharging his duties in the office itself.

Perused the disability certificate of the petitioner. Considering the same it is directed that the petitioner shall not be forced to discharge the duty in the field till the next date of hearing. List it after three weeks."

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the order was passed a letter was issued that the petitioner has filed a writ petition,

therefore he has to suffer the consequence and subsequently he has been suspended and charge sheet has been issued, therefore it is a gross violation of the order passed by this court on 15/07/2020. 3.

Having considered the fact and after the order dated 15/07/2020, the petitioner is not able to categorically point out what contempt has been committed. If certain letter have been issued to the petitioner which is not before this court or he has been suspended with the allegation of dereliction of duty, then it is a separate cause of action which is not a matter of contempt. Prima facie therefore no contempt has been pointed to be made out so as to take any cognizance.
