1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that though there is a specific order of transferring the petitioner from Jashpur to Janjgir vide order dated 11.02.2019 more than 6 months have passed till date the petitioner has not been relieved.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the person who was to come and relieve the petitioner was also transferred had tried her luck before the High Court by filing WPS No. 1210/2019, but this Court has not given any interim protection except a direction to move a representation before the authorities concerned.

3. Given the said facts there is no reason why the petitioner should not be relieved from the present place pursuant to the order of transfer, which was initially passed on 25.08.2018 and was subsequently reiterated on 11.02.2019. Let the respondent No.3 take appropriate steps ensuring that the order of transfer in favour of the petitioner dated 25.08.2018 and 11.02.2019 is complied with at the earliest, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
