Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of land bearing Khasra No.515/2, 516/4, 855/2, 856, 380/2, 715, 773/1, 1224, 1225, 1297/1, 773/2 admeasuring total area 0.2391, 1.4480, 0.0080 hectare situated at Village- Ragja, Tahsil Sakti, District-Janjgir-Champa, C.G. 3.

A portion of land belonging to petitioner in the case has been utilized by the respondents for construction of road. Petitioner in the case has been continuously making representation to the respondent authorities praying for grant of compensation on the lands utilized in the construction of road but the representations have never been considered. The petitioner in the case has right to compensation on the land belonging to him utilized for construction of

-2road. Hence, appropriate directions may be issued. 4.

Learned State counsel representing all the respondents submits that the representation, if any, filed by the petitioner in the case shall be considered by the respondents, therefore, the petition may be disposed off. 5.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the documents present on record.

Considered on the submissions, the petitioner in the case is granted liberty to file his representation within a period of 15 days. On filing of such representations, the respondents No.2 to 4 shall be obliged to consider on the representation and take decision preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of filing application/representation.
