1. This contempt case has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 8-2-2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.1286/2018.

2. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the Director, Public Instructions has already passed detailed order on 16-4-2018 directing the concerned management of the school to take appropriate steps and again it has been directed vide order dated 3-8-2018. The applicant to approach the said management for needful as such, the contempt proceeding is closed. However, the applicant is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
