1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 22.08.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Block Education Office, Pamgarh, District: Janjgir to Govt. Higher Secondary School, Semra, District: Janjgir Champa, (C.G.)

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, it is a case of frequent transfers, as the petitioner was earlier transferred from Block: Bilha to Pamgarh vide order dated 04.10.2018 and though the order was

-2passed on 04.10.2018, the petitioner was relieved only on 19.12.2018 and in less than 9 months, the petitioner has again been transferred on 22.08.2019.

3. Given the aforesaid facts that, the petitioner is transferred in less than 8 months of time/period, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the receipt of copy of this Order and the respondents in turn shall consider the same within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, there shall be stay of the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P-1, so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Rahul
