1. The counsel for the respondents submits that the Order dated 22.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 1225 of 2019 has since been complied with.

2. The claim/representation of the petitioner/applicant seeking two advance increments has been rejected.

3. Given the aforesaid fact that the respondents have taken a decision on the representation made by the petitioner/applicant, in view of the same this Court is of the opinion that the order has been complied with and the present Contempt Petition, accordingly stands disposed-

-2off. However, the right of the petitioner/applicant stands reserved to challenge the subsequent order by way of a fresh proceeding.
