The applicant has preferred this application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.15/2016 registered in Police Station Janakpur, District Korea for offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Albeit 215 kgs. of Ganja has been recovered from the applicant, considering the fact that the co-accused Avinash Fransis has been released on bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 24-11-2017 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5511 of 2017, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
