This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.141/2020, registered at Police Station-Tumgaon, DistrictMahasamund (CG), for the offence punishable under Section 394/34 of the IPC.

First bail application of the applicants has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 3.2.2021 and thereafter second bail application has also been dismissed on merits on 2.7.2021 and now the applicants have filed this third bail application on the ground of delay in trial. 3.

Taking into consideration that the applicants along with other coaccused persons have committed loot of Rs.11,52,000/- from the Government liquor shop of Tumgaon on 17.10.2020, I do not find any

good ground to entertain this third bail application. 4.
