1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 14.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 979/2019.

2. Mr. Harshwardhan Parganiha, Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that pending the contempt petition, the respondents have now taken a decision on 24.10.2019 and on due consideration the petitioner/applicant was not found eligible for the relief sought for.

-23. Given the fact that the respondents have taken a decision, this Court is of the view that the Order passed by this Court stands complied-with.

4. Reserving the right of the applicant/petitioner to assail the subsequent development. The present Contempt Petition, stands disposed-off.
