Petitioner is a resident of residential colony where the respondent Nos.6 to 8 are constructing house on the land reserved for garden and community hall. Petitioner had earlier approach this Court by preferring WPC No.2206/2017, which was disposed of with direction to the Collector, Raipur to consider and decide the same expeditiously. However, no orders have been passed by the Collector and instead the matter was handed over to the Zone Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raipur. 2.
Let the Collector, Raipur himself take up the issue as directed by this Court earlier and pass necessary orders on petitioner's representation after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos.6 to 8. 3.
Petitioner shall submit copy of this order along with a fresh representation to the Collector, Raipur within a period of 2 weeks from today and thereafter the Collector shall decide the matter within next 2 months.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
