1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made application for compassionate appointment on 10-8-2021 to respondent No.2, but that has not been considered and decided.

Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and speaking order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
