The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though the petitioner had retired from service on 30/06/2011, but till date she has not been given the entire amount of gratuity. 2.

The petitioner meanwhile had approached the controlling authority under the appointment of gratuity act and has also obtained an order in her favour on 28/07/2016 and though more than 2 years have passed, the said order also has not been complied with.

The petitioner had also approached the controlling authority for getting the said order executed, but though steps were taken, but till date the award has not been completely executed.

Meanwhile, the counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents have paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioner, but the balance of amount has till date not been paid. 5.

Given the limited dispute which has been raised by the petitioner, let the respondents No. 2 & 3 take all necessary steps in ensuring that the petitioner is paid back the entire amount of gratuity as awarded by the controlling authority vide order dated 28/07/2016 along with interest as awarded till date of actual payment minus the amount which has already been paid. 6.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 30 days from today. 7.
