The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of W.P. (S) No. 3023/2009 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 16.05.2018.

For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC is allowed and W.P. (S) No. 3023/2009 is restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
