1. Learned State counsel would submit that the entire retiral benefits of the petitioner have been sanctioned and it will be disbursed to him within a month. She would further submit that proceeding has been initiated for grant of appropriate pension and grant of 50% pension will be considered after appearance of the petitioner in the office of the respondents.

2. In that view of the matter, no cause of action survives for consideration and accordingly, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
