1. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondents to release the honorarium amount which the petitioner was entitled for as a member of Child Welfare Committee, Bilaspur for a period of 25.04.2016 to 18.04.2019.
2. According to the petitioner he has worked as a Member of the Child Welfare Committee, District Bilaspur and for each sitting he is entitled for a certain honorarium which respondents have till date not released in spite of petitioner having discharged his responsibilities as Member of the Child Welfare Committee District Bilaspur.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let respondent No. 2 & 3 process the claim of the petitioner and after due verification of the facts, so far as entitlement of the petitioner is concerned take appropriate decision at the earliest within a period of four months. In case, if the petitioner on due verification is found to be entitled for the same, then appropriate steps be taken for releasing the same at the earliest.
4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No. 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
