1. Heard.

2. This petition has been brought praying for issuance of direction.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur which is pending since the date of its filing that is 18.07.2018. There is no progress in the case so far, therefore, the learned Family Court be directed to expedite the case and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the

-2motion stage. The learned Family Court, Bilaspur is directed to take up the proceeding in the Civil Suit No.425-A/2018 pending between the parties in this case and conclude the proceedings at the earliest preferably within a period of 03 months from today.
