Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (C) No.3446 of 2017 dated 15.12.2017, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that final decision has been taken by the respondent authority on today i.e. 1.10.2018 pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2017 passed by this Court in W.P. (C) No. 3446 of 2017. 3.

Order dated 1.10.2018 be kept on record.
