A request letter has been received from the Court of First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, District - Raipur (C.G.). 2.

This Court had while disposing the Criminal Revision No. 156 of 2020 on dated 16.12.2020, directed the learned Family Court to dispose of the case within a period of four months. Subsequent to which, on request letter received, this Court again ordered for extension of time by order dated 24.06.2021 in Cr.M.P. No. 571 of 2021. The learned Court has again made prayer for extension.

After considering on the grounds mentioned in the request letter, additional time of four months is granted to the learned Family Court making it clear that no further extension shall be granted. 4.
