Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file an application under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted and it is directed that on such application being filed, the competent authority shall decide the dispute involved in that application within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the aforesaid liberty the writ petition stands finally disposed off. No order asto costs.
