This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the Code of 1973) praying for quashment of the order dated 26.07.2018 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur.

Order impugned is revisable under Section 397 of the Code of 1973, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. The petitioner may avail the said remedy, if so advised 3.
