2. This petition has been brought on behalf of Gram Panchayat, Jhal, Block- Baramkela, District- Raigarh, C.G.

3. The Gram Panchayat has constructed a compound wall of the Government Girls Middle School and Government Girls Primary School

-2Jhal after the requisite sanction and permission. The bills regarding the cost of construction have been submitted but the respondents are not considering the same. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking issuance of appropriate direction.

4. Learned State counsel representing all the respondents opposes the submissions, however, he submits that this petition may be disposed off with direction.

5. After considering on the submissions made by learned counsel for both the parties and perusing the documents present on the record, it is found that the petitioner has completed the construction as mentioned here-in-above and bills are still outstanding for payment vide annexureP/5. Respondent No.4 has also forwarded a letter to respondent No.3 for release of the payment but the same is pending for decision.

6. Consequently, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The respondents are directed to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner preferably within a period of 90 days from today and all the undisputed payment may be released at the earliest.
