Heard on petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of the order dated 20.09.2016, passed in M.Cr.C.No.5618/2016. 2.

It is submitted that bail was granted to the applicants in M.Cr.C. No.5618/2016 by order dated 20.09.2016, wherein due to typographical mistake, the crime number and police station has wrongly been mentioned as Crime No.478/2016 and P.S. - Excise Circle, Sakti (C.G.) but actually the crime number and police station should have been as Crime No.114/2016 and Police Station- Excise Circle - Dongergarh, District - Rajnandgaon (C.G.). 3.

On due consideration and having not opposed by the State counsel, it is directed that in the bail order dated 20.09.2016, passed in M.Cr.C.No.5618/2016 the crime number and police station be read as Crime No.114/2016 and P.S. - Excise Circle - Dongergah, District - Rajnandgaon (C.G.) 4.
