1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 21.08.2019 Annexure P-1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Pendra Road, district Bilaspur to Pasan, district Korba.

2. According to the petitioner, in the impugned order, the petitioner has been shown to be posted as Assistant Grade-III at Pendra Road

whereas the petitioner has already been transferred from the said place vide order dated 12.07.2019 from Pendra to Seepat, Bilaspur. According to the petitioner, this aspect perhaps has not been taken care of by the respondent no.1 while passing the impugned order.

3. Given the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner make a representation in this regard to the respondent no.1 within a period of 10 days from today and the respondent no.1 in turn shall scrutinize the same and pass a fresh order within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed
