The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.10.2021 passed by this Court in WPS No. 5408/2021. 2.

Vide the said MCC the applicant has sought for a modification so far as the post against, which the deceased employee i.e. father of the petitioner was working. According to the applicant, his father was working on the post of Principal, at the Govt. Higher Secondary School, Baramkela, District Raigarh, which inadvertently has got written as 'Assistant Internal Audit Officer'. 3.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the error was on the part of the office of the counsel for the petitioner, who have wrongly got typed the post of the father of the petitioner and prays for an appropriate modification in this regard.

The limited modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel, accordingly the order dated 06.10.2021 passed in WPS No. 5408/2021 is modified to the extent that in paragraph No.2, where the post of the father of the petitioner is written as 'Assistant Internal Audit Officer', the same shall be read as 'Principal, Govt. Higher Secondary School, Baramkela, District Raigarh. 5.

With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
