This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 375/2015 registered at Police Station Dongargaon, Dist. Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 324, 506 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by the victim/wife on 11/12/2015 that earlier complaint was made against the applicant for demand of dowry for which case was filed. Subsequently, it was compromised and thereafter again they started living together and on 11/12/2015 again dispute arose in between the parties and the applicant given a bite on the hand of the victim and demanded further amount. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case, infact the bite has been caused by the victim herself and false report is made, therefore the applicant may be granted benefit of anticipatory bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of the victim and the medical report.
Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to extend benefit of anticipatory bail to the applicant.
