1. This is second anticipatory bail application under Section 438 of CrPC. Earlier first bail application was dismissed on 16/08/2019 in MCRCA No.1133/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicants submitted that he wants to withdraw this second anticipatory bail application. He further submitted that in the event of surrender of applicants and filing of regular bail application before the concerning Court, concerning Court may dispose of the such bail application on very day.

3. Anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, concerned Court is directed that in the event of surrender of applicants and filing of regular bail application, same may be disposed of as soon as possible.
