It has been reported by the Jail Superintendent, Ambikapur vide memo dated 01.07.2021 that the appellant has been released from the jail on 19.12.2020 after completion of entire jail sentence imposed upon him by availing the benefit of remission and payment of fine amount imposed on him before the trial Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant now does not want to press this appeal.
