1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 23.08.2019 whereby the services of the petitioner has been transferred from Raipur to Kanker.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got just about one year of service left for retirement as she is retiring on

30.09.2020. Further ground raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner is being sent to a scheduled area. As per the transfer policy of the State Government, Government employee/officer over 55 years of age as far as possible should not be sent to a scheduled area.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of such representation made by the petitioner, respondents shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 45 days.

4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order (Annexure P-1) so far as petitioner is concerned shall remain stayed.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
