The sole grievance of the petitioner is that, the place where he is presently posted he has been able to convince many persons who were under the influence of the Naxalites to surrender and he has been instrumentally in many persons in Naxalites surrendering and on account of which there is constant threat of his life and property so also of his family. He has made repeated representation to the authorities for seeking transfer, but the authorities have till date not taken any decision.

Given the fact that no cause of action as on date has arisen yet, but since the grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his representation seeking transfer, this Court intends to dispose off the Writ Petition with a direction to the petitioner to make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.2 who in turn shall scrutinize the case and shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest taking into consideration the contents of the representation.

With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
