The petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order passed by the SDO(R), Raipur under the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013, even though there is appellate remedy under the said enactment.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed, as not maintainable.
