16.09.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 6380 of 2019.

The modification sought for is to the extent of the place where the petitioner is presently posted and also to the place where he has been transferred. According to the applicant, inadvertently, the order shows the petitioner to have been transferred from Govt. Middle School, Faraswani, Block Kartala, District Korba to Govt. Middle School, Chorbhatti, Block Kartala, District Korba whereas the petitioner in fact has been transferred from Govt. Middle School Phulpad, Block Kuakonda, District Dantewada to Govt. Upper Primary School Korkoti, Block Gidam, District Dantewada. Thus, prayed for appropriate modification of the order to the aforesaid extent.

The said error seems to be an error on the part of the person who had typed the order.

Considering the total facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 26.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 6380 of 2019 stands modified to the extant that in the first paragraph, the transfer of the petitioner now shall be read as "from Govt. Middle School Phulpad, Block Kuakonda, District Dantewada to Govt. Upper Primary School Korkoti, Block Gidam,

District Dantewada" instead of "from Govt. Middle School, Faraswani, Block Kartala, District Korba to Govt. Middle School, Chorbhatti, Block Kartala, District Korba".

Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No. 6380 of 2019. No order as to costs.
