1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the advertisement which has been issued, there is a dis-balance in the percentage of reservation which has been made. He submits that as of now, his grievance

would be redressed, if the respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation, which the petitioner has filed.

2. Considering the fact that it is a matter of recruitment and there is some element of urgency also, it is expected that the respondent No.1 shall take a decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest, taking consideration the contentions, which he has raised in the representation.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
