The limited grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the non-granting of revised pay scale as per the circular of the State Government dated 17.05.2013.

According to the petitioners, the petitioners have completed more than 8 years of regular service, and therefore, they are entitled to revised pay scale in terms of the aforementioned circular but the same has not been paid to the petitioners till date.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case, subject to verification of the entitlement part, the respondents No. 1 & 2 are directed to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners for revised pay scale in terms

of the circular of the State Government dated 17.05.2013 at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In case the petitioners are found to be entitled for, the entire benefits be released to the petitioners forthwith.
