1. The relief sought for by the petitioner is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to ensure that the petitioner is sent back at his substantive place of posting and his services on attachment may be discontinued immediately.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that, the State Govt. vide order dated 27.05.2019 has already taken a decision for recalling of those persons who are substantively posted at a place and are meanwhile attached to a different place. According to the petitioner, he is substantively an employee posted at Eklavya Adarsh Residential School, Mainpat, District Surguja on the post of Vice Principal, but he is, as of now, attached as a Principal at Govt. High School, Askala, Block Lundra.

3. Given the limited prayer that the petitioner has, let the respondents No.2&3 ensure that the petitioner who is presently on attachment to the Govt. High School, Askala, is sent back at his substantive place of posting

in terms of order dated 27.05.2019 issued by the respondent No.1. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
