Ms. Sunita Jain, Government Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the Order dated 20.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 4250 of 2019. The modification sought for is that, the address of the Respondent No. 03 has been wrongly typed, whereas necessary amendments had already been carried-out to the extent that the address of the Respondent No. 03 was "Principal, Government Naveen College, Kui Kukdur, District: Kabirdham, (C.G.)" instead of "Principal, Government Swami Vivekanand College, Bodla, District: Kabirdham, (C.G.)".

The said modification sought has not been opposed by the State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the Order dated 20.08.2019 passed in WPS No. 4250/2019 stands modified to that extent that, the address of the Respondent No. 3 shall be read as " Principal, Government Naveen College, Kui Kukdur, District: Kabirdham, (C.G.)" instead of "Principal, Government Swami Vivekanand College, Bodla, District: Kabirdham, (C.G.)".
