1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit initiated by respondent No. 1 under Section 64 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is barred by limitation and is not maintainable.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make preliminary objection/submission before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies as well as raise other contentions for redressal of her grievance which will be considered and decided by that Court in accordance with law expeditiously. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

4. With the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
