Both these bail applications are decided by this common order as they are arising out of the same crime number. 2.

The applicants have preferred these applications for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.280/2017 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, District Bilaspur for offence punishable under sections 457, 380, 34 of IPC.

Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that a report was made by Sushil Kashyap of Electronic Shop that from his shop mobile, silver coin and cash were stolen. Subsequently, on the basis of CCTV footage

applicants were apprehended and from the possession of applicant Gulshan Bairagi two samsung mobile, one silver coin and cash was seized and from applicant Satish Burman one samsung mobile was seized 4.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case, they are in jail since 20/07/2017, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation would be required, therefore the applicants may be released on bail. 5.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 6.

Perused the case diary and the documents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, charge sheet has been filed, no further investigation would be required, this court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

Accordingly, the bail applications are allowed and it is directed that the applicants shall be released on each of them furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for their regular appearance before it as and when directed.
