1. The appeal has been preferred by the appellant through the High Court Legal Aid Services Authority. Upon the appeal being filed, the default was pointed out by the Registry that the appellant herein has already preferred an appeal vide CRA No.1234 of 2021 along with the other accused persons in the case who are also involved along with the appellant herein.

2. In view of this fact that the appellant has already preferred an appeal, the instant appeal against the same judgment of conviction is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as not maintainable reserving the right of the appellant to pursue the appeal i.e. CRA No.1234 of 2021, which has already been preferred by the appellant.
