(2) This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.225/2015, registered at Police Station Bemetara, District Bemetara, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. (3) The applicant's first & second bail applications were dismissed on merits by orders of this Court dated 08.09.2015 & 25.01.2016 passed M.Cr.C. No.4715/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.605/2016, respectively. (4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do

not consider it a fit case to entertain the third bail application. Consequently, the third bail application is rejected. However, Special Judge (NDPS Act), Bemetara is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to submit a report regarding conclusion of the trial.
