The writ appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution by an order dated 08.11.2021.

By filing MCC No. 643 of 2021, the applicant prays for restoration of the writ appeal. In support of the original application filed for restoration, another application was filed. This application is not opposed. 5.

In terms of the earlier order of this Court dated 23.11.2021, cost of Rs. 5,000/- has been deposited in the Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority. 6.

On due consideration, MCC No. 643 of 2021 is allowed. The order of dismissal dated 08.11.2021 in Writ Appeal No. 276 of 2019 is re-called and the appeal is restored to file in its original number. 7.
